KAB (Korean Adoptees in Belgium) is powered by a dynamic new team and a fresh brand identity. Honoring our roots with BAK and Koceabel, we are re-energizing how we support and represent Korean adoptees in Belgium.
Today, the narrative around adoption is shifting fast. In a world of changing perspectives and rising media focus, a strong, unified space matters more than ever. We are here to create opportunities to celebrate culture, explore roots, and build lasting bonds—including free Korean language classes for adoptees and their families. Whatever your journey with Korean heritage looks like, you have a place here!

At its core, KAB is a close community. Although we are not healthcare or social work professionals, we offer a welcoming space to listen, share experiences, and provide guidance or referrals. Having a supportive network of people who share the same journey makes the difference.

Just 100 days after its launch, the 3rd Mandate Commission (TRC3) has already received 4,716 truth-seeking requests (including 437 adoption cases)
Truth inquiry requests will remain open until February 25, 2028!
